Motorcycle accident this afternoon… All i’m asking is two seconds of your time.
This weekend I have a challenge for you. I want you to do something different. I want you to step out of the ordinary and do something that people might look at as uncanny, or weird.
I want you to step out of your comfort zone and do something bold in the name of Jesus.
- Don’t be timid.
- Don’t be afraid.
- Don’t be ashamed.
This weekend, walk proudly in the name of Jesus.
2 Timothy 1:7-8 – “For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. 8 So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God.”
Ideas:
1. Buy a stranger their coffee.
2. Give someone you’ve never met a bible and offer to pray for them.
3. Offer a meal and hot shower to a homeless man or woman. Maybe even a wardrobe makeover.
Whatever you come up with, do it in the name of Christ. It’s time to bring change to the world.
